1. Give yourself some “me time.”(給自己個人的時間):


yes, you had battles to fight, insecurities to overcome, loved ones to contend with, and goals to achieve.  But a break from it all is necessary.  It’s perfectly healthy to pause and let the world spin without you for awhile.  It’s good for you to spend time alone.  It gives you an opportunity to discover who you really are, and to figure out why you truly are always alone.
的確,你有仗要打,不確定性需克服,爭取你所愛的及達成目標。但適時遠離這些事物,嘗試讓自己生活在世界沒有你的感覺,讓自己獨處是好的,它可以提供你發現自己的機會,並且了解到為什麼你時常是自己孤單的一個人。


 


2. Meditate on your own inner voice(順從你自己內心的聲音):


Some people will kill you over time if you let them; and how they’ll kill you is with tiny, harmless phrases like, “be realistic.”  When this happens, close your ears and listen to your inner voice instead.  Remember that real success in life isn’t what others see, but how you feel.  It’s living your truth and doing what makes you feel alive.
有些人會用一些不痛不癢的字眼傷害你,例如:現實點!當這種情形發生時,請閉上眼睛聽從你自己內心的聲音。真實的成功是自己感覺得而不是別人所看見的,做些會讓你覺得是真實且會讓你感覺到活著的事情。


 


3. Celebrate your efforts, not your outcomes.(慶祝你的努力而不是成果):
Failure keeps you humble, success keeps you glowing, but only faith and determination keeps you going. So stay focused, and celebrate your efforts, not your outcomes.
失敗使你謙虛,成功讓你發光,但唯有信念及決心可以讓你持續向前。所以保持專注,慶祝你的努力而不是成果。


 


4. Mind your reactions. (注意你所引起的效應)


If you can change your mind, you can change your life. 如果你可以改變心意那就代表你也可以改變你的人生。


 


5. Exercise your positivity.(鍛鍊你的正向思考)


You deserve a day in which worries don’t get in the way of your happiness.  A day where, even if some people are insensitive or unkind, you’re not going to mind because you realize that the blessings you received are far greater than the burdens you once experienced. 你值得擁有一天無任何煩惱打攪你幸福的日子。即使有些人尚未感受到,但只要你所收到的祝福大於你的重擔時,屬於自己幸福的那天就會來到。


 


6. Focus on the next logical step forward (專注於下一步)


There are no hopeless situations; there are only people who have grown hopeless about them.  So keep your hope alive. Don’t dwell on what went wrong.
這世界處處都有希望,只要你對自己不是絕望的。時常讓你保持希望,不要活在失敗的陰影下。


 


7. Practice genuine kindness. (實踐真正的仁慈)


The best choice you can make is to be genuinely respectful and authentically kind.  Though your kindness will not always be returned, it will certainly be noticed. 最好的方法實踐真正的仁慈就是尊重他人及真實對待他人。雖然你的付出不見得都有回報,但絕對會被注意到。


 


8.Express your appreciation to those who have earned it. (對你的朋友表達感激)


You develop three kinds of friendships in life: friends for a reason, friends for a season, and friends for a lifetime.  Take note of who these ‘lifetime friends’ are and never overlook their worth. Just because they are reliable and there when you need them, doesn’t mean you should fail to give thanks and appreciation on a regular basis.
有三種友情出現在你的生命中:為了某些原因而交的朋友,短期的朋友,終生的朋友。請勿輕忽終生朋友所提供的價值,不要因為覺得他們是有義務的當你需要他們的時候會出現,而未表達出你的感激之情。


 


9. Be grateful for all the blessings you already have.(對你所擁有的一切心存感激)


We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude. In order to attract more of the blessings that life has to offer, you must be grateful for what you already have.我們時常認為理所當然的事情是最值得我們感激的。為了吸引更多祝福,你必須對你所擁有的一切心存感激。


 


10.Enjoy yourself (享受人生)


In other words, don’t wish all your time away by waiting for better times ahead.  Smile, right now, because you can.
別將你的人生花費在等待更好的未來。請享受現在!
